Kenneth Okonkwo, spokesman for the Labour Party (LP) presidential campaign committee, has criticized INEC chairman Mahmood Yakubu for allegedly fixing the presidential election results so far.

According to Newsmen, numerous LP supporters have continued to complain about inconsistencies in the election results since the collation of results began.

Kenneth attacked the electoral body in an Instagram post, saying that his presidential candidate, Peter Obi, won in several states but declared otherwise.

According to him, Mahmood will go down in history as Nigeria’s worst INEC chairman due to the failures in the 2023 election.

The LP chieftain was further questioned by Ekiti State, which successfully transmitted their results whereas Lagos, the South South, the South East, and the majority of Northern states did not.

He wrote: “Whoever rigs this election against Peter Obi will die a painful death from the Almighty God and the time starts now. Just watch and see. They will perish in most disastrous circumstances. This is one election they cannot steal by the grace of God. We moovee!!!”

Prof Mahmoud will be remembered as Nigeria’s worst INEC Chairman. The election method is to accredit the voters, count the votes publicly and loudly in front of everyone, paste the results in a prominent location in the polling unit, upload the hardcopy of the results to the INEC site, and upload the results to the INEC server for all Nigerians to see.

Nobody in most Nigerian states has displayed pasted copies of polling unit results anywhere.
Collation of results was supposed to be a formality because, before INEC declared the results at the collation centers, every Nigerian should have the results in his system via the already uploaded results.

48 hours after voting, no one has received the posted results, both hardcopy and figures. How come there was no code to transmit results in Lagos, Rivers, FCT, South East, South South, and most Northern States, but there was a code to transmit results in Ekiti State, where APC allegedly scored 201,494, as opposed to 11,397 for Labour, and the announcement was made within 24 hours of the election? It’s a pity. We shall have a new Nigeria, without a doubt!!!”
