The PDP’s Ebonyi and Ekiti State executive committees have been disbanded with immediate effect by the party’s National Working Committee (NWC).
This was said in a statement made in Abuja by Mr. Debo Ologunagba, the PDP’s national publicity secretary.
According to Ologunagba, the NWC decided to dissolve the two state executive after careful consideration and input.

According to him, the PDP Constitution (as revised in 2017)’s Sections 29(2)(b) and 31(2) apply to the NWC’s judgment.
“The PDP charges all leaders, critical stakeholders and teeming members of our Party in Ebonyi and Ekiti States respectively to remain united and focused on the task ahead,” Ologunagba said. (NAN)
