Shehu Sani, a former senator from Kaduna Central, claims that the appointment of President Bola Tinubu’s cabinet has shattered the hopes of Nigerian young.
On Saturday, Sani made this claim in a post from his verified Twitter account.
Many Nigerian youngsters, in his opinion, had anticipated that they would predominate in the new president’s cabinet.
Sani said that the president’s choice to placate the more senior citizens had crushed this hope.

Sani is responding to Tinubu’s ministerial lists, which included the names of some well-known former politicians and were handed to the Senate.
Many Nigerians have condemned the list for include names of people who have held political office in the past rather than new, young faces.
Reacting, Sani maintained that the hope of the youths was dashed because Tinubu wanted to satisfied those he tagged “entitled old brigades”.
“The hope of the youths to dominate the cabinet has been dashed by the exigences of appeasing the entitled old brigades,” Shehu Sani tweeted.
