The 2018 edition of Hon. Pharm Obinna Chris Emeneka’s annual free medical outreach ended, weekend at Nando Town Hall with praises and testimonies from stakeholders and beneficiaries.
Saturday, 3/11/ 2018 marked the end of this exercise which took the Medical Team round all the communities in Anambra East State Constituency where Hon. Pharm Obinna Chris Emeneka (Ijele Omabala) represents.
The event was heralded with a courtesy call on the Traditional Ruler of Nando, Igwe Nnaluo Nnaba (Ezeodibeve IV) by the Medical Team.
While offering Royal prayers for his guests, the Monarch represented by Chief Bonnie Nnaba, thanked God for the gift of an outstanding son (Hon. Emeneka) to Nando community and prayed for divine guidance and protection for him in all his endeavors.
In his speech, the Leader All Nando Political Movement, Chief Onyeachonam Ufomba (Udenegbaona) eulogized Hon. Emeneka for his unprecedented achievements as a legislator in the history of lawmaking in Anambra State. He urged Emeneka to keep up the good work for which he is known, and of course, which Nando people are proud of.
On behalf of Nando community, a goat was presented to Ijele Omabala in appreciation of his giant strides in Nando and Anambra East at large.
Some community stakeholders present at the venue are the Deputy Chairman Anambra East Transition Committee Hon. Beatrice Onuora; Chief(Sir) John Iwuno (Igwe Council); President Nando Youths, President General Abube -Agu Nando, Party Chairmen, and many others.
In his brief remark, the people’s legislator thanked God for the grace of giving him the opportunity to impact positively on the lives of his people. He appreciated the people of Nando and the entire Anambra East for their show of love and massive support whenever he calls upon them.
The event ended with a colorful display of Omabala dancing steps by the women wing of Chinemeze Support Group.
