The Trader Moni scheme has finally arrived the colossal city of Nnewi in Anambra State
Setting up shop at Uruagu Nnewi, people are made to take a snapshot via a dedicated app which mandates the person to smile before it can successfully capture the person, then the person’s biodata is collected including the account number. The person will now get a credit ‘loan’ of #10,000.00 only.
The fascinating thing is the introduction of this app instead of the cash disbursement process as seen in the Northern and Western parts of Nigeria
Some concerned citizens have voiced out over this ‘special service’ brought to Nnewi and look upon it with utmost suspicion and skepticism especially since the fact that one must smile for the app to capture him or her
