The CEO and Director of the Fancee Construction Company (FCC), the company handling the road construction, Mr Bobby Okwuosa, however, explained that the duration of the work can’t really be ascertained as a result of the unfavorable rainy weather, which has become a major challenge.

In his words, he said, “We were supposed to cast 200tons, but as a result of the rain this morning, we were not able to work, this would have been different if it was the dry season. With the unpredictable weather, one can’t really predict the work duration.”
