Breaking News: Court Summons Fatoyinbo, Busola Dakolo in Abuja

Biodun Fatoyinbo, the founder of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly(COZA), and Mrs. Busola Dakolo, wife of popular musician, Timi Dakolo, has been summoned to appear before a federal high court in Abuja within 14 days. This statement was made today, 9 September 2019 by the Federal Highcourt sitting in Abuja.

Busola, the wife of music star, Timi Dakolo, had earlier made some disclosures indicting the COZA pastor, Biodun Fatoyinbo.

Anaedoonline had reported that the Founder of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) Abuja, Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo, was granted administrative bail by the Police, after hours of questioning by detectives over the allegation of rape leveled against him by celebrity photographer, Busola Dakolo.

She accused the pastor of raping her when she was still very young.

Fatoyinbo had since reacted to the reports, denying ever raping the woman.

Fatoyinbo admitted that Busola Dakolo and her family “attended the church during the early start of the church in 1999”, but claims he “never had any private interactions with her beyond my pastoral duties”

The case has since lingered and several other claims being made by both parties.
