Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, the Ooni of Ife, paid tribute to Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s (LP) 2023 presidential candidate, on Monday.
According to news sources, President Muhammadu Buhari and other dignitaries attended the inauguration of the Dangote Refinery in the Ibeju-Lekki region of the state together with Peter Obi and the revered traditional Yoruba ruler.

Ooni was seen in an online video praising the former governor of Anambra State and referring to him as the “Tsunami Himself” as they mingled.
The Ooni’s remarks are undoubtedly related to Peter Obi receiving a lot of youth support in Nigeria during the 2023 elections.
