Some residents of the industrial and commercial city of Nnewi have expressed mixed feelings over the ongoing second-term inauguration of President of His Excellency, Muhammadu Buhari.

While some residents who spoke with Anaedonline commended the achievements of the President in his first term, a large number of others said the country has become worst and they were not expecting anything new.

Speaking to Anaedonline, Mr. Ikechukwu Udogu, a trader in Nkwo Nnewi, said that there is nothing to celebrate about the second term inauguration of Buhari, he said, ” As you can see, everywhere is cold, nobody is excited, I am not expecting anything new, we have suffered in the last four years, what will I be expecting from a President that has no certificate, he is failure, we should just be asking for the Grace of God.

For Miss Esther Okechukwu, who said she has lost faith in Nigeria, she said, “I do no longer have faith in this Nigeria, this country is a failed nation, let’s divide, Buhari is a tyrant, he has divided this country because of ethnicity, did he even win the election? I am tired of this country”

An Okada rider, Mr. Chima, said he is disappointed that some Nigeria are in Abuja celebrating, this country is doomed, “I don’t know what Buhari is coming to do, this government will be a government of the next level of suffering, we should get ready, look at the prices of goods in the market, In fact this country is frustrating, we should just look for a way to continue managing, he concluded.
