The Speaker of Anambra State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Uche Okafor has visited the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Innoson Motors, Chief Dr. Innocent Chukwuma (Ifediaso)
The Speaker who was joined by other members of Anambra State House Assembly, yesterday, Tuesday 14th August, 2019, were at the palatial residence of Chief Dr. Innocent Chukwuma in Uru Umudim Nnewi, to familiarize with the billionaire Auto-Manufacturer and also to discuss on other possible areas of partnership.

Speaking during the visit, the Speaker of Anambra State House of Assembly, Hon. Uche Okafor, praised Chief Dr. Innocent Chukwuma for his entrepreneurial spirit for being the brain behind the first indigenous vehicle manufacturing plant in Nigeria.
Speaking further, Hon. Uche Okafor, said that Innoson’s exploit in the manufacturing sector is a clear support of the quest for Akuluo-uno initiative which has brought Anambra State into limelight.
While encouraging other Anambrians to invest in the State, he promised that the Anambra State House of Assembly will partner with Innoson towards ensuring that his efforts is appreciated and promoted.
Appreciating the state legislators, Chief Dr. Innocent Chukwuma, thanked the House members for seeing the need to partner with him. He emphasized on the need to support indigenous products which according to him, will improve the economy and promote an indigenous brand.
