Enugu State Governor, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi on Monday sent the second batch of Commissioner-nominees to the State House of Assembly for confirmation.
The latest list brings the total number of nominees to 19 as the State House of Assembly had earlier received eight names forwarded to it by the governor.

The document containing the names of the nominees which was forwarded to the Speaker of the Assembly, Edward Ubosi, was signed by Simon Uchenna Ortuanya, Secretary to the State Government.
On the list are former House of Assembly member, Mathias Ekweremadu, former Commissioner for Education, Professor Uche Eze, former Special Adviser to the Governor on SDGs, Mrs Mabel Agbo as well as former Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Miletus Eze and Chairman, Science Technical and Vocational Schools Management Board, STVSMB, Mr. Obi Kama.
Others include Hon. Uchechuwku Ogbonna, Mrs. Adaonoh Kene-Uyanwune, Mr. Ugonna Ibe, Dr. Victor Chukwuemeka Nnam and Prof. Anthony Chukwu.
They have since been directed by the State House of assembly to submit their curriculum vitae before the close of work on Wednesday September 18, 2019.
